Who, What, Why, Where, When…How?

There is always an opportunity reflect on your personal achievements from the past few months or years and to set new goals for the future – keep in mind our business is not measured by one transaction, or even a year’s worth of closings…this is a “long game” business and if you keep that perspective then you will eventually focus less on the calendar year and more on the melding of your personal and professional lives into a synergistic flow.

I am a big believer in creating value – value for our clients and value for ourselves. If you have a few minutes over the coming week perhaps spend a little time thinking about your personal value proposition…

My value proposition goes something like this:

Who, What, Why, Where, When…How?

Who: I am a Real Estate Trusted Advisor

What: I list and sell “homes”. The word “home” (instead of house, condo, unit, etc.) implies Community, Relationships and Comfort/Security.

Why: Lifestyle, Experiences, Connections for my clients

Where: Aspen

When: Now and into the foreseeable future

How: By dedicating myself to my personal business and with the support of ASSIR. Show up every day, pay attention and try my hardest (always). Do Right, Do Good, Just Do It.

It’s kind of an interesting exercise if you take the time to reflect on your personal Who, What, Why, Where, When…and then the “How” may help you set goals for the futre!
